Despite the numbering in its name, the Dell Precision M2300 is not a giant 23-inch laptop. Instead, it's quite compact with its 14.1-inch display, but at the same time, it offers loads of functionality for business professionals on the go.

Specifications

Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, this black beast gets stuffed with 1GB of RAM (up to 4GB), Nvidia Quadro FX 360m graphics, a 200GB SATA hard drive, optical disc drive, integrated fingerprint reader, and a PCMCIA slot. There's no ExpressCard slot, unfortunately. Lastly, if you're not down with Vista Business or Ultimate, there is still an option to choose Windows XP Professional as your operating system.

The base configuration of the Dell Precision M2300 will run you $1,439. Any sort of upgrades — faster processor, more RAM, etc. — will cost you accordingly.
