The Nokia 6103 is an updated version of the Nokia 6101. Considering that the 6103 was released one year after the 6101, not much has changed. The 6103 adds Bluetooth connectivity but that's about it. So much for progress. The 6103 is a clamshell phone that is attractive, compact and well designed, but way too expensive for what you get. The VGA camera and low resolution screen are below average for phones in this price range. Although a video camera is included, it is primitive and there's no flash for the camera. MP3 tracks can be used as ringtones, although the quality is not that great. The memory is small – just 4.2 Mbytes – which isn't adequate for storing photos or ringtones. On the plus side, the keypad is quite nice to use and the phone is well laid out. There is also a voice recorder, and the phone has an FM stereo radio.
