Reading time: 2 - 4 minutesReading time: 2 – 4 minutes
While neither the lightest nor the cheapest thin-and-light, the Dell XPS M140 is well suited to home and small-business users willing to pay a bit more for a capable multimedia laptop with good productivity performance and extended battery life.

Review
Pros:Pretty zipper with most apps.
Cons:The worst tech support ever.
Full user opinion
My second dell laptop and I bought with a smile on my face. The smile soon turned into a frow when I started having problems and need to place a call to the Tech Support. I have called 4 times about the same problem and I'm still having the same issue. My biggest beef with the tech folks is than they don't listen to you. They read their scrip and do not devert from it. When I tryed explaining my problem further the response I got each time was " ah uh, yeah ok" and they went on reading. This is last time I ever purchase anything from Dell.
